KARACHI: Security Papers Ltd (SPL), a manufacturer of banknotes and other security papers and a listed company on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, on Wednesday announced the upgrade of its plant.

The upgrade, approved by the board of directors on Monday, is expected to be completed in 18 months, said a notice issued by the company to the PSX.
