ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Com­pany Ltd (PTCL) Group has injected Rs4 billion into U Microfinance Bank (UBank) to drive growth of its Islamic banking services and digital innovation initiatives.

This injection will help UBank to scale up business and furthering its commitment to financial inclusion.

A statement by the company said that UBank would strengthening its presence in remote and rural areas by providing tailored financial products and services.
