MIRPURKHAS: Six police officials posted in Tando Allahyar district were on Wednesday suspended on charges of being in cahoots with narcotics peddlers and providing them protection.

Sources said that DIG of Hyderabad police range had placed under suspension with immediate effect Sub-Inspector Sikandar, ASI Kareem Bux Kalro, B-Section police station’s munshi Qalandar Bux Pitafi, Bukhera police station’s munshi Ghulam Rasool Pitafi, ASI Ajaz Panhwer and constable Abid Ali posted at women police station and directed them to report to his office for further action.
