PESHAWAR, April 10: The Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) will organise on Wednesday a free medical camp for journalists and their families at the Peshawar Press Club.
The camp will start at 11am and last till 2pm where prominent physicians and surgeons will examine journalists and their families.
The PIMA will also give medicines free of cost if a journalist is found suffering from a mild disease.
Sugar, hepatitis, cholesterol, blood and other tests would also be conducted at the camp, said Dr Iqbal Khalil of PIMA while addressing a news conference.
Dr Iqbal Khalil, director, Razi Institute of Medical Sciences, Peshawar, said serious cases would be referred to the Kuwait Hospital in Peshawar.
