Donald Trump’s running mate, Senator JD Vance, has termed the ex-president’s likely vi victory as the “greatest political comeback in the history of the United States of America”, the Associated Press reports.

According to AP, Trump returned to the microphone and patted himself on the back, saying Vance “turned out to be a good choice”.
