LAHORE, March 23: The Jamaat-i-Islami will launch a mass contact drive here to mobilise people against menaces of price hike, unemployment and the law and order. Joint conventions of JI office-bearers and local body representatives on a National Assembly constituency basis will be held in the first phase of the drive.

The first three conventions will be held on Sunday at various points in the city. A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting held here on Thursday. — Staff Reporter
