KARACHI:Inspector General of Sindh Police Ghulam Nabi Memon on Wednesday asked private security companies’ owners to ensure security clearance, training and implementation of SOP prior to hiring of private security guards.

The provincial police chief stated this while talking to a six-member delegation of All Pakistan Security Agencies led by its president retired Major Munir at his office. He said Sindh police would not only play their role in providing training to the security guards but would also extend every possible cooperation to that effect.

The IGP said ‘unverified’ security companies should be closed and asked the association leaders to play their role in that regard.
