JERUSALEM, March 9: Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has vowed to set Israel’s permanent borders within four years, fleshing out a key election promise ahead of polls on March 28.

Mr Olmert made the comments in interviews with the Jerusalem Post and Haaretz newspapers, extracts of which were published on Thursday. —AFP
