PTI Secretary General Omar Ayub has said his party condemns the weeks-long disruption of social media platform X in the “strongest terms”.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, the National Assembly opposition leader highlighted that the people and the youth of Pakistan were being prevented from accessing “timely information”.

Ayub asserted, “Pakistan cannot make progress without social media in this modern era and we demand that these sites be restored without any obstruction and blockage.”
