PTI MNA Ali Muhammad Khan has claimed that “fake reports and propaganda” were being spread against party candidates “whose consciences could not be bought”, referring to them staying loyal to the party.

In a post on X, Khan said that “false propaganda was being spread to defame them (party leaders) and use doubt as a weapon to create a split within the PTI”.
