Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir at the Prime Minister’s House, the PML-N said in a post on social media site X.

Gen Munir congratulated the PM on the assumption of office and expressed his best wishes, according to the PML-N post. The duo also discussed professional and security issues.
