NA Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf is currently administering oaths to the newly elected representatives.

Prior to the oath-taking, pro-PTI slogans of ‘Ayi Ayi PTI’ were chanted in the NA.

The speaker then urged the MNAs-elect to take their seats, emphasising that they first “needed to become members” of the lower house.
