PML-N’s Maryam Nawaz has been sworn in as the Punjab chief minister. Punjab Governor Balighur Rehman administered the oath to her, while her father Nawaz and uncle Shehbaz watched from their seats on the stage.

Maryam’s son Junaid, Shehbaz’s son Hamza, and PML-N leader Ishaq Dar were also present for the ceremony held at the Governor House.
