Anthony Naveed elected deputy speaker of Sindh Assembly

Anthony Naveed has been elected as deputy speaker of the Sindh Assembly after winning 111 votes. MQM-P’s Advocate Rashid Khan got 36 votes.

Following the win, Naveed took his oath in Urdu and then went up to the speaker’s dais to embrace PPP’s Owais Qadir Shah, who won the election for the speaker of the House.
