PTI-backed independent candidates Saleem Rehman and Suhail Sultan have won NA-3 and NA-4 in Swat respectively, according to the preliminary results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan.

Rehman won with 81,411 votes while Sultan won with 88,009 votes.
