Hezbollah has said the assassination of Saleh al-Arouri will not go unpunished, Al Jazeera reports.

In a statement, Hezbollah condemned the assassination of al-Arouri and six other members of Hamas in the heart of the southern suburb of Beirut as a “dangerous attack on Lebanon”.

It also said the targeted killing is a precarious development in the course of Israel’s incursion in Gaza.
