The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor has called for the formation of an international delegation to visit Israeli prisons, Al Jazeera reports.

About 8,000 Palestinians are held in Israeli prisons, and they are subjected to systematic torture, ill treatment, enforced disappearances and premeditated killings, the group has documented.
