Opposition Leader Yair Lapid has blasted a vote in the Israeli parliament to allocate additional funds to the conflict in Gaza, saying that those voting in favour “will not be forgiven”, The Times of Israel reported.

Your children “will be ashamed of you today,” Lapid warned.

Opposition members, however, say the additional budget is not related to the war effort but to other activities including the Settlements and National Projects Ministry, which focuses on settlement issues.
