The Israeli army website was briefly hacked by a pro-Palestinian group, which said that the military’s “arrogance and injustice towards our people in Gaza will only harm you through terror, killing and war, whether by land, air or electronically”, Al Jazeera reports.

The letter from the group that called itself “Anonymous Jo” went on to call for the “liberation of Palestine”.

The group or individual behind the attack indicated that they are of Jordanian origin. The army confirmed the hack.
