Rights group in Gaza raises concerns over forced relocation of people from Khan Younis to Rafah
A spokesperson for the Independent Commission for Human Rights in Gaza has stated that individuals are being compelled to relocate from Khan Younis to Rafah, suggesting that Israeli forces are actively seeking to displace people further, according to Al Jazeera.
Speaking to reporters outside al-Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, the spokesperson urged the international community to respect the rights of the Palestinian people.
“The USA is fully responsible, not only by giving a red light to the occupation … and also by being a direct partner in the decision-making. We are directly saying to the American people … that your president is taking part in the genocide in Gaza,” the spokesperson told journalists.
