Israel has prevented humanitarian aid from entering the Gaza strip via Egypt’s Rafah border crossing, the Palestine Red Crescent has said.

It said that the Israeli forces informed all organisations and entities operating at the Rafah border that the entry of aid trucks from Egypt into Gaza was “prohibited, starting from today until further notice”.
