Ashraf Al-Qudra, the spokesperson for the Gaza health ministry, says medics are dealing with “large numbers” of wounded people seeking treatment in overcrowded hospitals following the resumption of Israeli air strikes, Al Jazeera reports.

“The wounded are lying on the floor in emergency departments and in front of operating rooms as a result of the accumulation of cases,” Al-Qudra added.
