Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed “deep regret at the resumption of the Israeli aggression against Gaza” following the end of the temporary truce.

In a post on X, the ministry confirmed that negotiations between the two parties are still ongoing “with the aim of returning to a pause.”

It highlighted that the continued bombing of the strip “complicates mediation efforts and exacerbates the humanitarian catastrophe”, calling on the international community “to move quickly to stop the violence”.
