The UN’s Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People has called on Israel to end its illegal occupation of Palestine and to “respect the status quo of the Holy Jerusalem”.

Faisal Muhamad, the permanent representative of Malaysia to the UN, presented the committee’s annual report at the UNGA Plenary on the Question of Palestine.
