An Israeli shell hit near the southern Lebanese town of Aita al-Shaab, Lebanon’s state news agency reported, according to Al Jazeera.

While Israel has paused fighting in the Gaza Strip during the truce, the agreement did not include Lebanon.

However, since the pause in hostilities began on Friday, weeks of cross-border shelling between the Lebanese group Hezbollah and Israel have come to a halt.
