The United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees says it has witnessed the largest displacement of Palestinians over the last few days since 1948.

“The scale of destruction and loss is staggering. It is an exodus under our watch,” it wrote in a post on X, adding that the younger generation is forced to live through the traumas of their ancestors.
