Qatar PM says he is confident a deal can be reached on hostages held in Gaza, adding that challenges to reaching an agreement remain “very minor”.

“The sticking points are more practical and logistical … there has been good progress in the past few days,” Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani added.
