The Israeli army has killed a disabled Palestinian in an incursion in the West Bank refugee camp of Jenin, the Palestinian news agency Wafa reports.

“The director of Jenin Government Hospital, Wissam Bakr, told Wafa that Issam Al-Fayed (46 years), a disabled person, was shot dead by Israeli occupation army at the entrance of the camp,” it said.
