Malaysia’s Defence Minister Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan has called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, Reuters reports.

Commenting on the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas, he said Malaysia condemns terrorism in all forms, including taking people as hostages, and bombing of civilian homes.
