Doha Institute’s Ibrahim Fraihat says Israel’s military strategy in Gaza is to send a message that “no one is safe” in the besieged enclave, Al Jazeera reports.

“There is no regard for international law or civilians. Or even babies who are in incubators,” he said, referring to Al-Shifa Hospital where operations have been suspended due to the lack of electricity.

“So the very clear message is mass expulsion; everyone has to leave,” he added.
