United Nations General Assembly President Dennis Francis has said that his appeal that “all parties need to comply with their obligations under international law” has not changed.

He has also demanded for the “immediate and unconditional release of all hostages” held by Hamas and the “immediate, safe and unhindered humanitarian access to the Gaza Strip”.
