Emily Callahan, a Doctors Without Border (MSF) nurse who was evacuated from Gaza Strip has said she would want to return to the Palestinian enclave “in a heartbeat”.

In an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, she said, “My heart is in Gaza; it will stay in Gaza.”

She quoted her colleagues at Gaza’s Indonesia Hospital telling her, “If they’re going to kill us (by Israeli strikes), we’re going to die saving as many people as we can.”
