The United Nations humanitarian agency has said that Gaza is facing a “humanitarian tragedy of colossal proportions”.

Noting that “violence and restrictions” in West Bank were intensifying as well, it stated in a ‘Flash Appeal’ that $1.2 billion are needed to provide life-saving aid to 2.7 million people.
