Israel’s military has said that it struck more than 600 targets in Gaza in the past 24 hours, one of the heaviest bombardments yet in its war on Hamas.

“We have hit more than 600 targets in the past 24 hours,” a military spokesperson told AFP, a rise of 450 targets reported earlier on Sunday.
