The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) has shared a video of a doctor at Gaza’s Al-Shifa Hospital speaking about the suffering and difficult circumstances that pregnant women and orphaned infants are having to experience.

Dr Nasser Bulbul, head of the neonatal intensive care unit at the hospital, recalls having to perform a “premature delivery of a fetus from the mother’s womb while she was dying”.
