HYDERABAD, Feb 12: A 15- member squad of Hyderabad Hawks was announced on Sunday for participation in Twenty20 cricket tournament.

According to an announcement, Faisal Athar has been appointed as  skipper of the team while other members include Akram Khan, Aqueel Anjum, Hanifur Rehman, Shahid Qambrani, Farukh Shaikh, Khadim Hussain, Taj Wassan, Sharjil Khan, Shoaib Leghari, Hanif Malik, Kashif Raza, Naeemur Rehman, Noman Ali and Farhan Ayoub.   

Pir Zulfiqar, Akhtar Bangash, Zafar Ali and Sufiyan Ali will be the reserve players.

Javed Chandio and Raj Hans have been appointed as manager and coach.

Meanwhile, Javed informed that training camp for Hyderabad Hawks would start from Feb 19 in Hyderabad.

He advised the selected cricketers to report to the coach on above mentioned date at 2pm.

The squad would proceed to Karachi on Feb 23 to participate in the tournament, he added.—APP
