French President Emmanuel Macron will meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in Cairo, Macron’s office told pool reporters, according to Reuters.

Macron is travelling to Jordan and Egypt a day after visiting Israel, where he said that the US-led coalition of dozens of countries fighting Islamic State militants in Iraq and Syria should include the fight against Hamas in Gaza.
