Trucks loaded with humanitarian aid have begun entering the Rafah crossing to the besieged Gaza Strip, footage from Egyptian state TV shows.

Trucks carrying medicine were being prepared and border staff were in place on the Egyptian side of the crossing, Reuters reports citing a security source and a humanitarian worker.
