At least 4,137 Palestinians were killed in Gaza in Israeli strikes since Oct 7, Reuters reports citing Palestinian health ministry.

More than 13,000 Palestinians have been injured, with 70 per cent of the victims being women, children, and the elderly, the ministry said.
