Senior US Senator Bernie Sanders has said that Israel’s blockade of aid to Gaza would “deepen the catastrophe there”.

In a post on X, he said, “Stopping humanitarian aid to Gaza will deepen the catastrophe there and undermine Israel’s long-term security.”
