ISLAMABAD: Former deputy chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Zahir Shah has been appointed a member of the Prime Minister’s Inspection Commission (PMIC).

A notification issued by the Establishment Division on Thursday said: “The prime minister has been pleased to appoint Mr Zahir Shah as member of the Prime Minister’s Inspection Commission on a contract basis for a period of two years with immediate effect and till further orders. The terms and conditions of his appointment shall be settled separately.”

Mr Shah resigned from NAB last month.
