BADIN, Feb 6: A man of Tando Ghulam Ali village in the Matli taluka has said that police have refused to register an FIR against his brother-in-law who allegedly tried to kill his sister, Nasreen. Zulfiqar Hyder Jarwar was speaking at a press conference here on Monday. He said that Mohammad Ameen had tried to torch his sister on Saturday. As a result, she sustained burnt injuries and was rushed to the Hyderabad civil hospital.
