DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Feb 1: A man, Abdul Ghaffar, son of Faraz, of Rori village, gunned down his wife, Nasim Bibi, on Thursday and fled.

Saddar police have registered a case.

#PO HELD:#/ Paroa police have arrested a proclaimed offender, Mohammed Tariq, son of Sarfraz, of Malekhi.

SHO Noor Ghulam arrested Tariq in a raid carried out the basis of a tip-off. The accused will face cases of murder, attempted murder, robbery and other crimes.

#VEHICLES RECOVERED:#/ Anti-car-lifting squad has recovered two motorcycles, a Pajero, a Toyota car and a Suzuki Potohar Jeep, which had been hijacked or stolen from different areas of the country.

The vehicles were traced out during checking as they had fake registration numbers.
