Hospital needs funds for CT scan repairs

ABBOTTABAD, Jan 23: The CT scan equipment installed at the Ayub Medical Complex has been out of order for the past month and the repair cost is estimated at Rs2.5 million. The hospital does not have the amount to get the instrument functional.

Patients in the Hazara division and people from the Northern Areas, especially earthquake survivors, are now forced to go to Rawalpindi / Islamabad for the treatment or to get private treatment

in Abbottabad paying higher cost.
