TIRANA, Jan 19: Albanian authorities on Thursday seized an apartment belonging to a Jordanian accused of managing funds for Al-Qaeda leader Osama, police said. The apartment in Kukes, close to the Kosovo border, belonged to Abdul Latif Saleh, 48, a resident of Albania since 1993.—AFP
