KARACHI: Hamdard Pakistan has celebrated the 103rd birth anniversary of former Sindh governor Hakim Mohammed Said by organising the Naunehal Grand Carnival at Madinat al-Hikmah.

A statement issued on Tuesday said that more than 6,000 people attended the event.

Hamdard Group President Sadia Rashid visited different stalls, appreciated the artistic aptitude of the children and encouraged them in their efforts.

The highlight of the carnival was the unveiling of a large photo mosaic of Hakim Said created by the students of Hamdard Public School, who presented it to Ms Rashid as a gift.
