TIMERGARA, Jan 4: The newly elected naib nazim of Lower Dir district, Zahir Shah, took oath of his office at the district council hall here on Tuesday. Additional district and sessions judge Mohammad Younas administered the oath. The ceremony was attended by union nazims, district heads of all political parties and notables of the area.—Correspondent
