LAHORE, Jan 2: The Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy will hold a rally in the city on Jan 8 to condemn the ‘military action’ going on in Balochistan and to seek a political solution to the problem.

According to ARD secretary-general Iqbal Zafar Jhagra, the situation created by the army action in Balochistan was not in national interest and must be stopped immediately.

He said the government should address the grievances of the people of Balochistan and try to solve them politically. — Staff Reporter
