GUJRANWALA, Dec 31: Two brothers were shot at and injured over a local body election rivalry in Lohianwala on Saturday. Shahid Bashir and Zafar Bashir were riding a motorcycle when accused Tariq Bhinder, an alleged proclaimed offender and brother of Lohianwala union council nazim Shahid Bhinder and his men opened fire on them following an exchange of harsh words.

The injured men have been admitted to the DHQ hospital in critical condition.
