LAKKI MARWAT, Dec 30: District Officer (female) of the Schools and Literacy Department Naheed Ghazal has said that the present government is spending huge funds on in-service training workshops to improve professional skills of teachers and develop education sector.

She said this while visiting local training resource centres at Tajazai, Baistkhel and Kala Manjiwala here on Friday. Deputy district officer Rakhshanda Batool also accompanied her.

Ms Ghazal hailed the work of trainers and appreciated the interest being shown by trainee head teachers of state-run girls primary schools in training workshops.
